Looks like regular folk aren’t the only ones being forced to downsize as a result of a lost job, etc… Charlie Sheen, the infamous train wreck and former star of the hit television show Two and a Half Men is selling his Beverly Hills mansion for $7.2 million.

Located in the gated Mulholland Estates, the Mediterranean-style mansion was designed for entertaining and is touted as having spacious public rooms, a screening room and balconies and terraces off the front. The 7,924-square-foot house, constructed in 1992, has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The grounds include an outdoor kitchen with a dining area, a swimming pool and a spa. No word as to whether his last remaining ‘goddess’ stays with the property or goes with Sheen.

Public records show Sheen bought the property in 2006 for $7.2 million, so, like many other Californians trying to tell their homes, Sheen likely won’t be making any money on the sale. It will be interesting to see how long his home sits on the market!
