A story about my special clients…

A year ago, we were in the thick of it. Trying to figure out how my clients could move up to a new home! They closed on October 8, 2021. Their home appraised at $1,307,000 ($27K over asking). And now according to Redfin, it is valued at $1,681,227. That is $380K appreciation!!! I would say they’ve done marvelously.

This is why it is SO IMPORTANT to listen to the advice of your realtor and mortgage broker! Chebel and I have been working together for years, and it has been the perfect partnership! I marvel sometimes when I look back at what would have happened if I had not encountered one of my favorite people. Life is so much better with them in it.
