  • Beach Towns: 481 homes sold in these ZIP codes in the most recent tracked period,  down 10.1% from a year ago. This was largest year-to-year drop among the four regions. The median selling price in $371,250 in these 17 ZIP codes, down 5.5% in a year. Beach Towns accounted for 20% of recent home sales vs. 21% a year ago.
  • North Inland: 623 homes sold in these Orange County ZIP codes, down 3.1% from a year ago. The median selling price was $516,000 in these 22 ZIP, up 1.4% in a year. North Inland accounted for 28% of recent home sales vs. 29% a year ago.
  • Mid-County: These ZIPs — median selling price $415,000 — had 673 sales, down 5.9% from a year ago. The median selling price was $415,000, down 9.4% in a year. Mid-County accounted for 26% of recent home sales vs. 26% a year ago.
  • South Inland: These ZIPs codes had 631 sales, up 2.8% from a year ago. The median selling price was $412,500 — the largest year-to-year gain among the four regions. In these 19 ZIPs, median price change was down 5.7% in a year. South Inland accounted for 26% of recent home sales vs. 24% a year ago.
