Newport Coast Community Information
Newport Coast is located just south of Newport Beach and Corona del Mar from the 133 toll road to Pacific Coast Highway. It stretches out 7.05 miles and is met on it’s southern border by Laguna Beach. Newport Coasts is a unique community in that it allows you to live very close to the beachfront but the lot sizes are up to an acre large so you won’t see the usual postage stamp sized lots that exist in most beach communities.
